    To confirm, are you trying to add multiple collaborators at once in a folder/ file? 

    If yes, we have previously seen this error in the past when there were too many collaborators being invited at a time, and too many invites being made within a certain timeframe. This is expected behaviour, because of the measures Box has taken to protect our service. 

    In order to resolve your situation we recommend that you decrease the amount of collaborators invited at a time and limit the number of invites sent per day.
