No notifications for BOX sign
完了In the BOX admin center there is a new section for "email test" relating to the new service provider BOX is using for email notifications. We are assuming this change happened recently, because none of our users receive any notifications anymore. This is particularly annoying for BOX sign (the main reason we even decided to use BOX).
Does anyone have a solution for this? We have enabled all notifications in the BOX enterprise settings under "Notifications" already. No change. We still don't get notifications when a document needs signing...
