No option to open file in Excel Online

    Can you check if Box for office online has been added to your Box account in the App center?

    Please go to Profile Picture> App Center, search for Box for Office online/ web and confirm if this has been added to your account. If its already been added, try to remove and then re-add the application. Please make sure you close out of all your browser windows and then try again opening the file in Box and see if the Excel online is available.

    If the issue persists, you may need to reach out to your internal helpdesk for further assistance on looking on this issue.
