Storage full, but it's not

My storage space is 10GB, I use 34MB today. When uploading a file I receive the message that I need to upgrade my storage space.

  Welcome to the Box Community! 

  It looks like you are uploading files to a folder in which the owner has reached the allocated storage. Please reach out to the owner and have them delete file or folder that are no longer needed.
