Cannot login to Box Sync (Windows 10)

- Box Drive (windows 10)
- Box Sync
What have I done:
1. Removed BoxDrive.
2. Restarted PC.
3. BoxDrive (latest version downloaded) and installed
4. Result: Login fails
5. Check username and password via the web application: in the web application, login succeeds. ( (So username and password are correct)
6. BoxDrive deleted
7. BoxSync downloaded and installed.
8. Unable to log in : Message "Authorization failed due to access_denied".
9. After confirmation email from Box, logged in again. Message is now "Enable Box Sync. Check your settings or ask your administrator to enable Sync."
I can't find my answer on this forum.
How can I fix this?
I am the only person who has access on this PC.
OS: Windows Pro 21H2 build 19044.2364

Are you using a credential that is part of a business or Enterprise Box account?
If yes, can you please contact your Primary Box Admin and have them check if Box Sync is enabled for your account?
Please have them go to their Admin Console > Users & Groups > Search and click on your profile > Check if Sync is enabled under the "Edit User Access Permissions" section.
