Can't play music

Can't play it
I have logged out and back in
Turned my phone off and on again
Deleted file and saved again
Checked for updated
Cleared acache
Also the songs that do play , they play over other songs , very frustrating

Also, what phone are you using? Can you make sure that you have the latest OS and Box application installed on your phone?
