synching not resuming after computer has gone to sleep/ offline

    Hi Joanna, 

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    Can you quit/ exit the Box Drive app from the system tray (window) or menu bar (mac)? Then, restart the app by searching Box Drive from your applications list and double click the app to open and start the app, this can help trigger the app in case it got stock into the orange sync icon that you see.
