How to find all files submitted for a single file request?

I am trying to find a way to find all the files that were uploaded in thew same file request using the Box.API.

When an user submits the file request after completing entry of the metadata fields and attaching the files, the files are uploaded to the folder and each file appears to have the same metadata applied. However multiple people use the same file request so all files will end up in the same folder. Is there any way to determine which files belong to which file request submission.
