Editing excel files/saving edited excel files

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    Can you confirm if you have added Box as a storage account from within your Microsoft Office app on your iPad?

    If it has been added, can you try removing your Box storage account from within the Microsoft Office app then re-add Box as a storage account resolves the issue. 

    1. Open your Office app
    2. Tap the "Settings" gear in the lower left corner of the screen
    3. Tap "Storage Accounts" > Edit
    4. Tap the red button to the left of your Box storage account, then tap the red button to the right that says "Remove"
      • "Are you sure you want to remove this store account?" - Tap "Remove"
    5. Next, tap "Add Storage Account" and select "Box" from the list
      • "'Office' wants to open 'Box'"  - Tap "Open"
    6. Tap "Grant access to Box"
    7. Enter your Box login credentials if it doesn't auto-login after a few seconds

    Once you have completed this process, please try and see if you are still encountering the same error when opening/ saving files to Box.
