    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    The feature to search over the contents of scanned PDFs is not available in Box at present however there is an existing feature suggestion in Box pulse to support this and it's on the roadmap although we do not have an ETA as of yet.

    Hellow France -  Box is has no intention of creating a search functionality over the contents of scanned PDFs Word Docs Excel etc. anytime soon, correct?  A search of Box shows that even as far back as at least 2016 users have asked for this functionality. (https://pulse.box.com/forums/909778-help-shape-the-future-of-box/suggestions/45029677-box-search-function-will-not-search-pdf-documents). I can only conclude from this evidence that Box will NOT provide search functionality requested. Incidentally, our previous cloud service, Egnyte, did have ability to search keywords across multiple PDFs docs spreadsheets etc. If Box will not provide this service please suggest an alternative. Very disappointed with Box. If you not going to provide search functionality just say so and stop the BS, i.e., "...however there is an existing feature suggestion in Box pulse to support this and it's on the roadmap..."
