    Hi Yuki, 

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    The information you are requesting can be determined using Box Reports, specifically by running a User Activity Report which allows Box Admins the ability to track the actions users are taking on contents their organization owns. Box Reports is accessible only to admins of Business, and Enterprise accounts.

    Thank you for your information.

    I don't currently have a Business or Enterprise account. If I were to upgrade my account, would I still be able to view past logs?

    What I would like to confirm is that if you have a contract with a plan other than the Business or Enterprise plan, the logs are stored as data but cannot be provided, or if the logs are not stored in the first place.
