How to know how many remaining API calls we have

Hi, I'm currently trying Box with Business plan trial account.
In the pricing page here https://www.box.com/pricing, there is an API calls per month limitation (50,000 calls for Business plan).

My questions are:

1. How do I know how many API calls that I have left?
   
   
2. If I have data structured this way:

folder
----subfolder
--------file1.txt
--------file1.txt

Then I run upload command through CLI

box folders:upload folder

Is that considered as 1 API call? How many calls does that take?
