Can't access Box from China

Hello,

I have invited someone who lives in China to be a collaborator on my Box,  but they cannot open the invitation link not access the site. 

Does anyone know of any issues regarding using Box in China and how to solve this?

  Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

  I’m sorry you are having trouble accessing Box. We have a couple suggestions that may help:

  1. If the primary app.box.com domain is unreachable, both boxcn.net or boxenterprise.net should be accessible as long as the user uses "https", i.e. "https://boxcn.net" instead of simply "http://boxcn.net"
  2. For any shared links generated with box.com, app.box.com or cloud.box.com, the subdomains can be replaced with https://app.boxcn.net or https://app.boxenterprise.net

  Example: https://app.box.com/sites/default/files/ABC can be accessed through https://app.boxcn.net/sites/default/files/ABC

  Shared links generated when using app.boxcn.net will generate with the app.boxcn.net domain which should be accessible to all users.
