file not updating to all devices (iPhone)

I run Box on my Mac, iPhone and iPad - and certain files are not shown on all devices.

  For me to check, may I please have the following: 

  • Have you tried logging in/out of all the devices? 
  • Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall the app?
  • Is the app OS version up to date?
  • Does it show any error message?
