Editor Can't Upload Files

    Hi there, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    As per checking, there are no files on the account. I would suggest to contact the owner of the file and have them check if they have successfully added you as a collaborator.

    I have checked with them several times and they have definitely added me successfully as an editor. For some reason it won't sync with my Box account so the error is with my account. Everyone else who they work with doesn't seem to have this problem and it's something that is happening whenever someone adds me (5 people have tried now). 

    Please can you advise as it's hindering my ability to work.
