Sharing documents accross Box Sync users

I established a Box Sync folder and then sent a link to a 2nd party inviting them to be added as an editor.  2nd party accepted, but none of the documents that they have added are showing up in the box.com or the box sync folder on my desktop.  What are we missing?

  • Could you please confirm if there is an Internet connection on there end?
  • Was the file added successfully?
  • Was there any error message?
  • How are they added the file?
