How can i see access stats

I am on a free account but I need to find out who downloaded the files. I get a lot of ANONYMOUS DOWNLOAD notifications and only 5 people appear by name. How can this happen.
Is there a way to upgrade my account so I can see who accessed the file and who/how many times the file has been downloaded?

Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.
Content owned by any paid accounts they may be collaborating with,will have access stats available for them, but not for any content that is owned by them directly.
Free users will have this functionality on any folders that are owned by a starter account or above.
