Having Sych issues and edits made in web view not appearing for some users.

    For me to check, may I please have the following: 

    • What Box app are you using? Is it Box Sync or Box Drive? 
    • Does it show any error message?
    • Could you provide a screenshot of what it looks like on your end?
    • Have you tried to log out/in of the app?
