I needed to change my password and after that, all the files that others companies share with me are gone. 

Please can you help me understand what happened to these files? This documents are very important and I need to resolve this as soon as possible.

  Hi there,

  Welcome to the Box Community! 

  I would suggest to directly communicate with the owner of the files and have them check if they have removed you as collaborator or the shared link has expired. Please be advised that changing password will not trigger a file deletion.
