    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    Can you reach out to the person who invited your to the content in Box and confirm if you are still a collaborator? If a collaborative content that you do not own is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner of the item has removed you as a collaborator. You will have to contact the folder/ file owner to have them reinvite you to that content again.

    Hi France,

    thank you for your answer. The thing is that I'm still invited and official status is 'pending', regardless the fact that I already accepted the invitation.

    Have no idea what to do :(
