Account Transfer to new EMAIL ID for Admin and Ownership

Heya,

Looking to transfer admin and owner to a different ID.  I setup BOX under my ID to manage my wife 's business but I'd like to make her either a co-owner or owner of the admin/rights. 

You direction appreciated. (I did research this and didn't seem to find an answer)
