PDFs created with indesign showing as zero bytes for other users

We were having this issue with Google Drive for business a few weeks ago and migrated to Box as we tested and didn't have this issue - now we're seeing it with Box.

If we create a PDF using InDesign, the file shows for the local users who created it, but all other users see the file name but it's size is zero bytes. This is a huge issue for us as a publisher creating PDFs all day.
