Upload Events using Enterprise Events API

Hi all, I am using the events api with a stream type of admin_logs. I am getting almost all events via the API except upload events. I uploaded a file and was almost immediately able to get logs for the Preview of the file. It's now over 12 hours later and I've still not revived a log showing an Upload. Is this normal behavior? Also is this not a problem on a higher level enterprise account? I'm not sure if I'm currently just a personal account or on an enterprise trial, could that be the reason?
