Change My Email
I am using an individual account and would like to change the email associated with it. How do I do this?

Welcome to the Box Community!
If you need to change the primary email address associated with your Box account, you will need to link or add another email under your Account settings.
After successfully adding your secondary email, you may click the Make Primary button just beside the newly added email to make it your primary email address.

Thanks for following up in here!
First off, were you able to successfully add and verified your Secondary email on your account? You should have received a confirmation email when you added your secondary email, once the Secondary email has been verified you will have the option to "Make it Primary".
If this is not the case, and you are part of a Box organization, its possible that your admin Restricts changing your Primary email address.
