extension failed to load

hi. having that problem of the extension failing to load. I have a MacBook Pro with Big Sur on it. I took the recommended steps of going into system preferences and then into security but there was nothing there to change or click or okay for box extension. thank you

  May I know if your Mac is using Apple's latest M1 chipset?

  To confirm this,  go to the Apple logo at the top left corner of the computer, click there, then visit the About This Mac page.
