bug causes high CPU util when browser window resized smaller and folder pane contracts to icon view

when browser window size is resized to be significantly smaller than the width required to keep the folder pane on the left expanded, the script seems to get stuck in an endless loop, significantly increasing the CPU usage until the browser window is increased to expand the folder pane.
IE Windows Version 1909 Build 18363.1379
