Unable to edit permissions for group admin

I need to disable a couple of the permissions for a Group Admin, but the popup box to do so has all permissions automatically checked and I (as Box Admin) am unable to deselect any of the permissions. Nothing is grayed out, and selecting Cancel or Apply has no effect.
