City of Gig Harbor Co-Admin Acct.
I have recently switched the Enterprise acct.over to my new ITS manager Keith Smith of the City of Gig Harbor in Gig Harbor, WA. He nor I can access our admin accts. We are not getting any notifications from the 'Reset' option to our Sendio app. Can someone please assist in this. I am currently telecommuting, I thought my backup email of [personal information--redacted] would be helpful but it is not thank you. We also have changed over to new email addresses. My old one was [personal information--redacted] and my new one is now [personal information--redacted]. The .net one is the alias one. thank you, Heidi Othman [personal information--redacted]
