accessing the box site of a client initiating collaboration
I click on the invitation of the client and it keeps bringing me to my own account after I sign in. It worked once, and never again after that. The client has added me, but to no avail. My colleague has continuous access and doesn't seem to have that issue. thank you.

I have a similar issue. One of our vendors (someone who works outside IBM) works for a storage company that had a corporate Box account. Last year, he was able to connect to the IBM Box I created for him, no issues. Then the storage company cancelled corporate Box account and now he can't access the IBM Box.
We talked to sales and they suggested that someone in tech support needed to disassociate his email address with his now cancelled corporate Box account.
Unfortunately, IBM requires us to go through our own internal PC support for Box issues and our internal group has no ability to disassociate an email address currently associated with an external Box account (which is as it should be).Is there anyone from Box who would be willing/able to take this on? Your consideration is deeply appreciated.

Thanks for jumping in on this thread!
If the external user (your vendor) is no longer able to access his previous corporate Box account, he may opt to do any of the following:
(1) He may to contact his previous Box Admin and request that his corp account be converted to a personal account, OR
(2) He can register for a Free account using a different email and you just need to re-invite him using this newly registered email to continue collaborating on your content.
