Account termination
Dear all,
As our project have been finished, we plan to terminate our box.com account. If I cancel the account, is it I still use the system until the end of current period (month)? For the contents in our accounts, do I need erase them explicitly or they will be erased automatically when the account is closed?

Your questions/ concerns would be best discussed with our cancellations team and it appears you already have a ticket open for these questions that was addressed by our cancellations associate.
Basically, yes, your account will be set to be deactivated at the end of your term so you can still access it until then. Once your account is cancelled, your files will be processed for deletion so you have to download your files before the cancellation date.
