    Welcome to the Box Community!
     
    The easiest way to check on the progress of Box uploads is by looking for the blue cloud icon next to any files/folders being synced. Here are the icons you would see in the Box Drive folder and what they mean: https://cloud.box.com/s/a0en73mmhxr0kl8gc83c6ylf154jj26f

    I've noticed that when I move files into my desktop Box Drive that they stay pending and never upload so that they may be viewed from another source. I noticed files appearing to be stalled on Friday 4/30/2021 and thought I'd give it the weekend to clear itself up. But when I returned on Monday I noticed I'm having the same issue. Anything that I move to my desktop Box Drive is not found through the mobile app or the web interface and is left with the yellow "pending" icon on my desktop. I've had to manually upload files through the web interface to sort of force them onto the box but this is not a practical measure for me to continue to do.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Do you have a stable network connection? If you try to switch networks, does that make any difference?

    Also, what is the size of the contents that you are trying to save to Box?

    Can you try to quit/ exit Box Drive from the system tray/ menu Bar, and then start the Box Drive app again and see if that helps?

    I do have a stable network connection but unfortunately it is the only one I have so I'm not able to troubleshoot while using another one. The size of the files are sometime several gigabits but nothing more that 5gbs at the most although they are very rare; most files are only a few mbs. I have quit/exited the Box drive several times as well as restarted my computer several times as well. The problem seemed to occur after I tried to import several of these large files along with many other smaller files as well. I'm running into another issue using the web interface work around I've been utilizing where I'm being told a folder is too large to import, but when I try to open the folder on my PC and drag and drop the individual files into the web interface I'm not able to. What is the max file size that a single file may be?  I really appreciate your help as these files are crucial to my employer. Thank you.

    Did you get my email with pictures of my OS & Box versions along with a screen recording of issues I'm dealing with? My Box also crashed earlier so there should be a recent log that was sent. My Box Drive is no longer showing icons for uploaded or pending. So I'm not able to identify which ones I need to manually import into the web interface like I have been doing.
