continue to get billed for canceled account
My MiddleGate, Inc. account was cancelled effective end of year 2020, but I continue to get billed. I did make a payment for December 2020 in January 2021. The was done with telephone support to help shut down the MiddleGate, Inc. account for Box. Please help.
