Refund Request
Hello!
I would like to request a refund for the charges made to my box account.
I did not mean to subscribe to box.
I have never once used this account and didn't realize I am charged until I get the email about billing.
Box has charged my card and I have not ever once used this account, therefore I will also be needing to terminate my account.
Please cancel my billing as soon as possible so my bank will not make the actual charge from my account.
