"The operation can't be completed because a required item is in use."
I have a user in our org receiving this error.
He has a folder that he can add items to, he can change the name of the folder, but he cannot delete the folder. It is not in Box, but still on his local machine.
From what I can tell, this will require support to be involved. Thanks in advance!
