Something went wrong with the upload. Please try again
Hi, I continue to receive the error "Something went wrong with the upload. Please try again". I have verified that I have enough space for the file that I am trying to upload. the file loads 100% and the system indicates that its continuing to upload but after a minute or two that error occurs. Any direction would be appreciated.

Hi, I have been working with my IT department. We have identified that there is a proxy setting issue with how my proxy is configured. The IT team is not able to determine what is wrong with the configuration and has requested help in understanding how to configure the proxy to interface correctly. Would you be able to provide information on how this should be set up to communicate to your WAF or Proxy? It may be easier to provide a point of contact so that the IT folks can talk directly and eliminate me as the middleman if this question is not clear.
