Box Drive lagging in showing newest files/folders
Anyone encountered similar issues? This is happening more and more to users inside our org. The lag can be 2-3 days, which is rediculous. Unless the user check the webpage version they wouldn't even know there are new files or folders.
Some background info for our org: Network bandwith is good, all workstations have decent hardware, all of which are Windows machines. Windows 10 is up to date.Logging out/logging back in doesn't fix the problem for more than half of the time.
Something I noticed, for those users encountering this issue, a lot of times the memory usage of Box File System is unusually high - I have seen one user using 4GB of memory for this single process, typically it should be no more than 200MB of memory for this process.
Anyone have ideas for fixing? Thanks
