Does a "blank" last_login field from the User Details report indicate the user has never logged into their Box managed account?

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  That is correct! The "last login" on Box report shows when the user last login to Box via a browse/ webapp.

  If this is showing blank on the report, that means your user have not logged in his Box account via the webapp.
