"Folder could not be updated"
Our team was in the middle of updating some files in a folder, when all of a sudden the folder could no longer be edited. We think it happened while it was being moved.
We can still go in and edit/save files within said folder, but if we try and add new files or subfolders, we get the error above. We've tried removing all collaborators and re-adding them, as well as resyncing everyone's Box, but it still doesn't work.
We're getting this error on both Box on desktop and online.
