link not working

Hi there, I tried to click on the link that was shared with me 15+ days ago and the prompt says it may be removed or expired.

The originator who sent me the link says the link is still alive for her.

What could i be doing wrong?

  Hey Bhupesh, 

  There could be a lot of reasons for this. I would actually post this in the regular support forum or file a support ticket, since this doesn't relate directly to using the Box APIs. I would also include more information on the user who sent you the link, so they can help you troubleshoot.
