Hello,

I am in need of merging 2 work emails to one account, as the company name has changed. The ability to open a request ticket does not appear on the site, only a redirect to the forums.

  Please be advised that we don't merge accounts. You can only add email to the existing account and change the primary email. For your type of account we can only provide support via this post.
