error when connecting box

I want to create an application to upload files to the box, in the process, I get the error below, hope to receive support comments, thanks.

  Can you confirm you are passing in the user id or enterprise id correct?

  I'm using UiPath to test the connection, i have not used SDK with languages you suggested above.
  Do you have experience with this setting?

  Unfortunately I am not familiar with UiPath, but maybe someone else who views this post will be! 

  I always recommend using one the official SDKs since the authentication piece is basically automatic.
