    Hi Xavier,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    The steps below will show you how to cancel your trial account:

    1. Sign into your Box.com account

    2. Visit https://app.box.com/master/settings/accountBilling

    3. Under Billing Information, click 'Cancel Account'

    4. Complete survey and click 'Cancel My Account'

    5. Confirm cancellation and click 'Permanently Cancel My Account'

    Please note the account will cancel at the end of the service term
