Scanning on iOS not working?

Every time I try to scan a document and upload it to box, it will be stuck in “waiting to upload” and then the app closes/crashes. I don’t even get the blue bar at the top of the screen to show its uploading. This happens without fail every time I try to scan a document. Not sure what I should do to fix it! I have an iPhone SE operating on iOS 16.1.1, and the newest version of Box. Thanks ❤️
