Links in Box- don't open in WORD document

I shared several folders in BOX that have many other folders and files. I created a Word document in the folder that hyperlinks to other PPT?WOrd/jpeg/Excel documents uploaded into the BOX. However, on another computer that has the link to shared folder, the same link does not work.

I really don't understand why only a couple of links work- what is the problem?

When I copy and paste the hyperlink into a web browser, it open in my BOX folder.

How can I work around this problem?
