I cannot open Box app in my computer

Hi there,

I have used BOX in my MacBook Air before, but for some reason, the app has moved somewhere in my computer and I cannot open it anymore. It always appears an error message which says I have to remove it manually. I have uninstall it and reinstalled it,but it does not work.
