Box folder not available by other users of same machine

I have a machine that is shared by a few users. When I setup Box with my user and someone is also logged in at the same time, the folder (custom folder on my D drive) is available for the other users. However when I am signed off, the folder is not available for the others. 

Is there a way to solve it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
