File uploaded last weekend gone

HI Box team. I uploaded a file last week with the intention of gathering the metric of how many times the article has been opened and read. I do not see the file anymore, and nothing about the metric exists. I was so convinced that this was the right application for me that I immediately bought a subscription. I have set the time limit for the document to be available for preview until midnight. Are the documents with the time limitation for preview automatically deleted? Kindly support me in gathering the information. Otherwise, I will start looking for a more intuitive application.
