I Renewed my Subscription But Now I Can't Access My Files

This is what I get when I try to access my account. Nothing. No files. Just a blank page. Everything was working fine before I renewed. Now I just get this. I've refreshed the page several times and even rebooted my computer for good measure. I still get this screen.
