Confirmation email not received
回答済みHello, I have a few members on my organization that are unable to enter to our folders, We have tried to create their profile separately, to send just the link of the folder and to send the invitation to their emails and it just does not work. They still waiting the confirmation email to arrive, we checked tabs Junk, Spam and others but nothings pops up regarding confirmation. Can we please get help on this?
