You need to have a direct support link for ENTERPRISE customers, not just option post in the community!

This is a _Fail_ for box,  not to have a direct chat or email link for ENTERPRISE customer support. The only option is to post on the support forums??? This does NOT help get our issues fixed! Where is the actual way to submit a request!
